Sheahan & Collins are delighted to have been appointed Main Contractor for the refurbishment of the 147 bedroom block at Carton House Hotel.
Following the successful completion of the refurbishment to the Function Rooms, Meeting Suites, and Golf Clubhouse changing rooms in January 2019, S&C commenced works to the bedrooms in early February, with the first tranche of rooms due to be completed and turned over to Carton House ahead of schedule.
This prestigious project comprises a complete overhaul of the interior of each bedroom, suites and hallways, with the design by MDO Architects’ referencing the features and finishes of the original Old House at Carton. S&C are working closely with MDO, KSN Project Management and Linesight to deliver this exciting project with completion due early summer 2019.
