Padraig has been at the helm of a family house building company where he completed many high quality private residential developments in the Kerry region. He brings over 40 years experience as a Main Contractor and Developer to Sheahan and Collins Construction Ltd. He has recruited highly qualified and experienced professionals in a Team that delivers a top class product and service to all clients.

Tim is a Quantity Surveyor with over 35 years experience in UK, Ireland and Germany. Tim served as Commercial Manager for Tier 1 Main contractor prior to setting up the Iveragh group of companies in 2014. Iveragh is involved in developing Student Accommodation (under the SWUITE brand) and residential projects.
Tim extends his wealth of experience from Main Contracting, Student Accommodation and Residential Development to Sheahan and Collins Construction Ltd.
