Project Manager Position
Sheahan and Collins Construction Ltd require a Project Manager to deliver a 7 storey Hotel build in Dublin City Centre.
You will report to the Construction Director and be expected to deliver a quality product to the client whilst building professional and amicable relations with design teams and representatives. You will maintain the highest standards in health & safety, quality and client service / ensuring that contracts are completed safely, per programme, on budget and snag free. You will manage project budgets, plan and schedule the construction programme and ensure project progress is in line with the programme schedule. You will cost and procure sub-contractor packages and liaise with the project QS to manage costs on a weekly basis. You will manage staff performance on projects.
You must hold a relevant construction related degree and have 10+ years’ experience in the construction industry. You must be capable demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the construction industry and project execution. Good knowledge of safety management and quality management. Computer literate and familiar with MS office, project, (or similar scheduling package). Ability to lead with confidence, mentor and motivates staff under them.
Remuneration: Commensurate with experience.
